Leadership Accelerator Features
The Women’s Leadership Accelerator is a 12-week transformative process that will forever alter the way your female leaders operate.

We begin the accelerator with a 1-day offsite designed to set goals, intentions & KPIs for the program.

Six bespoke workshops (90-minutes, every two weeks) help your female leaders identify & overcome common barriers to leadership, all while building a network of trust.

Between Mindset & Skill-building weeks, leaders touch in with our coaches to problem-solve in real-time as they put their new tools to work.

Each woman will receive three 50-minute coaching sessions to address their specific needs and growth goals.

Participants will have access to continuous peer support through their small-group pods.
